For the "do-it-yourselfer" this thorough 90 minute consultation will point out specific changes that can be made in your home to make it appear larger and enhance its positive features. I will give you a complete checklist, and personalized list of strategies with everything that needs to be done to make your home show at its best. I'll give you my decorating secrets on rearranging furniture, clearing out unnecessary items. I specialize in redecorating with a few carefully selected accessories that you may already own, or will help you find them at an affordable rate. I will create that "model home appeal" for your prospective buyers. Stage your home right, and it will get sold fast!
$125 consultation fee
Home Staging Follow Up
If you want to be confident that your home is staged to sell, this follow up visit is a must! I will personally finish decorating and accessorizing, recheck every detail, and put the finishing touches on your home. I will rearrange furniture, art, and accessories, and put the right "staging props" into play to "wow" your prospective buyers. You can have me do as much or as little as you like to perfect your home.
$60 per hour
Decorating & Redesign Consultation
This is the "complete home makeover" for the homeowners who wants to showcase their home. Whether you have just moved into a new home, are combining households, or need some new ideas to enhance what you already have, I can show you where to start! I'll thoroughly evaluate your home to see what works and what doesn't. I'll help you properly place furniture, accessories, and art for maximum appeal. I will work with the furnishings you already own, and make recommendations on where to best spend your money to make your home more functional and more beautiful.
$75 for the first hour; $60/hour thereafter

For the homeowner with limited time, SUSAN CONWAY STAGING can provide personalized assistance to shop for the right items that will enhance your home's appeal. I can help you shop for new towels, linens, accessories and furniture, or help you choose the correct paint colors, window treatments, fixtures, and flooring. I can also assist you after your move to get settled and help ease the confusion.

About Susan Conway
Susan has over 20 years of visual merchandising experience. At the age of 15, her passion for style led her to start merchandising for department stores in New York. After receiving a bachelor's degree in marketing from Ithaca College, she moved to Washington, D.C. to work as a Home Furnishings Buyer. She relocated to the Kansas City area, helped design and build her own home, and began decorating for friends and Real Estate Agents. Through their support and determination, they encouraged her to start her own business.
With my background as a department store buyer, I have a great understanding of mark-ups and gross margin and have always been a "fabulous bargain-hunter"! Now, as a Decorator and Home Stager, I pride myself in finding the highest quality products for my clients at the lowest possible prices.
